New Year. New Venue. Same Mission.

To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

A Night in White for the Cure, hosted by our Young Professionals' Committee, will take place at the Artists For Humanity EpiCenter in Boston on June 20th, 2019 from 6:00PM-10:00PM. This year we are thrilled to honor two amazing rising leaders in the IBD community:

  • Jake Marcus, Rising Community Leader in IBD award
  • Dr. Joseph Feuerstein, Rising Healthcare Leader in IBD award

This year's Night in White is full of our usual crowd favorite experiences, including:

  • Live music from our (new) band, the Sugarbabies (get your dancing shoes ready!)
  • An inspiring speaker program
  • Our amazing Silent Auction
  • Delicious Hors-d'oeuvres
  • The Night in White Photo Booth
  • Participation in our "Fund the Mission"

We'll be adding more event details and benefits in the coming months, so watch this space for more updates!

We hope you can join us for a memorable, fun-spirited evening of IBD fundraising, dancing and more - all in the name of finding a cure for the 3 million adults and children living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's New England Young Professionals' Committee

2018 YPs

Overview

The Young Professionals' (YP) Committee is a working committee of young professionals in their 20's and 30's who further the mission of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.

The goal of the YP Committee is to increase awareness of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis among young professionals and the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) community overall, to raise funds to find a cure for these diseases, and to provide quality education and support services for patients.

What we do

We have monthly social meet-ups and plan our annual summer event. The YP Committee also participates in and volunteers for New England Chapter events.

The Committee offers an opportunity to be an emerging leader in the mission to find a cure for those living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As a community of New England-based young IBD patients and allies, we connect to support one another and spread IBD awareness through fundraising, education, and advocacy.

The Committee offers its members the opportunity to contribute in a way that is meaningful for them. We welcome your unique skillset to the committee to help raise funds, awareness, and learn about event planning, fundraising, development, and social networking.

About the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation

Our Mission

To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

Our Impact
The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation consistently meets standards established by the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance as well as other charity watchdog organizations.

Our Constituents
We serve more than 600,000 patients annually through our 38 chapters as well as our national education and support programs. We have a constituent base of more than two million people. Since the Foundation is not a government-supported agency, we rely on the support of our members and donors to continue our work.

Our Sponsors
Our dedicated corporate sponsors and foundations provide us with significant grants, which have made many of our research, support, and education programs possible.
